Izaiah Rhinehart is a composer and multi-instrumentalist whose work thrives at the intersection of cinematic storytelling and technical implementation. Currently finishing his final semester at Berklee College of Music, Izaiah is set to graduate this May with a dual major in Screen Scoring and Game and Interactive Media Scoring.
Izaiah’s background is rooted in the theater, where he has earned significant acclaim on both coasts. In 2021, he and his brother, Wyatt Rhinehart, directed and starred in the California premiere of their original musical, Tanner Maverick’s Book of Sound, which secured Production of the Year at the BroadwayWorld San Diego Awards. The production traveled east to Emerson College under the direction of Gabi David, where it again won Production of the Year at the 42nd Annual EVVY Awards.
Whether serving as the Music Director and pianist for Emerson’s 2025 production of Spring Awakening or performing as a session guitarist for Songs for a New World, Izaiah brings a performer’s intuition to every score he writes.
Beyond the stage, Izaiah is a specialist in interactive audio. He currently serves as the Lead Composer for Ten By Ten, architecting the pop-punk anime sonic identity for the upcoming action title Manga Hero (May 2026). His technical fluency in Wwise and FMOD allows him to bridge the gap between creative vision and seamless game implementation.
From the folk-rock landscapes of his band, Rhineharts, to the psychological tension of short film scores and commercial infrastructure campaigns (Charge West), Izaiah’s work is defined by its versatility and narrative depth.
Izaiah holds an Associate’s degree in Jazz Piano from MiraCosta College and is a seasoned multi-instrumentalist. His "all-in" approach to production often sees him performing every layer of a score—spanning piano, guitar, banjo, bass, drums, and vocals—to ensure an authentic, live-recorded feel even on small-budget projects.
